Do you provide installation services?

Yes we do. If it is a custom installation such as custom made gates with automation, usually we first survey the site, and find out the customer expectations. Then accordingly give the customer a quote for the required works.

Do you offer maintenance contracts or ongoing support for automated gate systems?

We provide a comprehensive suite of service and maintenance options, complete with contracts, for industrial and commercial electric gates, automatic barriers, and car park roller shutter doors. Do you provide repair services?

Yes we do.

This service is chargeable and the price varies depending on the site area. The service charge costs from £95.00+VAT to £145.00+VAT in the Essex area. If the issues are minor, such as loose connections, fuse problems or machinery required just re-programming to make it work the engineer will proceed with repair works at the time with no extra cost. If specific parts are required for repair work, you will be issued a detailed report with the required parts list and the quotation for further works.
